After materials are fed into the tank through the inlet, the drive motor and gearbox rotate the agitator shaft and impellers at a set speed. Under the action of the impellers, the fluid develops axial flow, radial flow, or combined flow patterns, achieving uniform blending of liquid-liquid and liquid-solid mixtures. When heating or cooling is required, an external jacket or internal coil heat exchange system is engaged, utilizing steam, thermal oil, or cooling water under accurate temperature control. All operations can be fully automated via a PLC or DCS system, guaranteeing stable process parameters and consistent mixing results.
Tank Body: Fabricated from SS304 or SS316L plates through rolling, welding, and polishing. It features a vertical or horizontal cylindrical design with standard elliptical or conical heads and mirror-like internal surface finishing.
Agitator System: Composed of a motor, gearbox, coupling, shaft, and impellers. Impeller types include propeller, paddle, frame, anchor, and helical ribbon designs, selected according to material viscosity and process requirements.
Heat Exchange System: Includes a full jacket, half-pipe jacket, or internal coils, enabling precise heating or cooling via steam, hot oil, or chilled water.
Sealing System: Mechanical or packing seals ensure reliable shaft sealing, preventing leakage and external contamination under both atmospheric and pressurized conditions.
Instrumentation & Control: Equipped with temperature sensors, level transmitters, pressure gauges, sight glasses, sanitary manways, and CIP spray balls, all integrated with a PLC/DCS system for real-time monitoring and control.
Premium Material: Entirely made of austenitic stainless steel (SS304/316L). Internal and external surfaces are finely polished, leaving no dead corners and meeting GMP and food-grade hygiene standards.
High-Efficiency Mixing: Custom-designed agitator solutions based on material viscosity, density, and process goals to achieve rapid homogenization, suspension, dispersion, or dissolution with mixing uniformity exceeding 95%.
Precise Temperature Control: Jacket or coil heat exchange combined with PID temperature control systems achieves accuracy within ±1°C.
Hygienic Design: Smooth, crevice-free welds and mirror-polished internal surfaces, along with integrated CIP cleaning systems, ensure thorough, convenient cleaning and compliance with stringent pharmaceutical and food industry cleanliness standards.
Safety & Reliability: Designed and manufactured in accordance with GB150 (Pressure Vessel) or atmospheric vessel standards, capable of safe operation under design pressure, vacuum, and various specific working conditions.
