Through jacket or coil heating/cooling structures combined with highly efficient agitation systems, it enables precise control of temperature, pressure, and reaction rates, serving as a core unit equipment in process industries.
After raw materials are fed into the vessel according to process ratios, the stirrer, driven by an electric motor, rotates to ensure thorough mixing and enhanced mass/heat transfer. Heating media (steam, thermal oil) or cooling media (cooling water, chilled fluid) are circulated through the jacket or internal coils to precisely control the temperature. The reaction proceeds under atmospheric or pressurized conditions, with real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and stirring speed to ensure a safe, stable, and efficient process. Upon completion, the product is discharged through a bottom valve to subsequent processing steps.
